Yes. The airport is a security-controlled aerodrome with screening for all public transport flights.
No. There is no public transport and the airport is serviced by taxis or private transfers.

Yes. The terminal provides accessible parking, restrooms and assistance upon request.
Yes. The airport operates most days of the year, though some facilities (such as the café or rental car desks) may have reduced hours. Please check ahead of travelling on the availability of rental car service desk hours by contacting the rental car company directly.
Approved therapy and assistance dogs are permitted within the terminal.

Yes. The café operates within the terminal, offering food and beverages during flight times.
Yes. A Qantas Club Lounge is located in the departure area for eligible passengers.

Yes. Both short-term and long-term parking is available within walking distance of the terminal.
Tamworth Council does not have jurisdiction over controlling the level of Air Traffic Noise that is emitted whilst a plane is in the air.
Air traffic Noise complaints may be registered with Air Services Australia using the below link or calling 1800 802 584, between 10am-4pm, to submit a noise complaint.

The terminal operates daily in line with scheduled flights. Hours may vary depending on flight schedules. The terminal opens 90 minutes prior to the first flight and closes an hour after the last flight.
the administration office hours are 8:30 - 5 pm Mon-Friday.
Baggage allowances depend on your airline and fare type. Check directly with your airline before travelling.
Parking is available for short or long stays, with daily and weekly rates. Check signage or the airport website for current prices.
Flights may be delayed or diverted for safety reasons. Airlines will notify passengers of changes.

QantasLink operates daily flights to and from Sydney, and Link Airways provides services between Tamworth and Brisbane.
